What happens next?  

 

Requested an invoice?

Our system should automatically send you an email with an invoice attached, please check your email for the invoice you have requested.  It may have gone to junk or spam. If you need us to set up as a supplier or you need to raise a PO number or if you haven’t received an invoice then please contact us at finance@worthit.org.uk. Please note emails may take 48 hours to reply.

If it is an urgent request call us on 0300 323 3230 and we will be happy to help.

Once we have received payment for your invoice you will be sent log in details and be able to access the programme. Please check your emails including junk or spam folders.

Paid online?

If you have paid online you will be sent an email shortly to provide your login details. Please check your junk/spam folders for the log in.
